Shipping

All orders are shipped from Surrey, BC with a processing time of 2 - 4 business days, with the exception of public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

Shipping within Canada

Canada orders take an estimated 2 - 8 business days (excluding processing times). 

Orders over $75 CAD: Ships free
Orders below $75 CAD: Flat rate CAD 12

Orders shipped within Canada are subjected to GST/HST and Provincial Sales Taxes. 

Shipping to U.S.

U.S. orders take an estimated 3 - 8 business days (excluding processing times). 

Orders over $75 USD: Ships free
Orders below $75 USD: Flat rate USD 15

Orders to the U.S. with a value of $800 USD and over (after discounts) are subject to duty fees collected upon delivery. Orders under $800 USD are duty-free. Please note that this is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for a selected number of countries (outside of Canada and the U.S.) International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package. Additional customs, duties and taxes may be charged depending on each destination country's rates, which are the responsibility of the customer and not of Musoap. 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Free shipping offer is valid after discounts and before taxes and/or other associated fees are applied (only available for Canada and U.S. orders)

 

Local pick-up

Free local pick-up is available in Surrey, BC. Please select "Local Pick-Up (Surrey, BC)" at check-out and we will follow up directly to confirm a pick-up time and date. 

 

Returns

Due to the small batch and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your products — if you have any questions prior to purchasing, please drop us an email at hello@musoap.com!

 

Damaged or incorrect products


If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@musoap.com within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll make it right for you! Please include your order number, photos and a detailed description of the issue. 

 


Incorrect shipping addresses 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct before checking out. If you noticed you've entered the wrong shipping address, please reach out to us immediately at hello@musoap.com and we'll do our best to update your order. Please note that it's not possible for us to update your order once it's been shipped.  

Musoap is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
