Musoap is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. The cost of return shipping will be the responsbility of the customer.
We prioritize sustainability in our shipping. Our shipping boxes, paper tape, packing tissue, and labels are all 100% recyclable. We also reuse materials from our suppliers whenever possible. Learn more about our eco-friendly packaging here.

Please note that due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. We offer Mini versions for our products so you can try them before committing to the full size.

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@musoap.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include photos and detailed description of the issue.

Currently, all of our products are vegan. We use 100% plant-based oils with select herbs and natural additives in our formulations. Our products are never tested on animals, only by family and friends.
The term 'clean' means different things for different people. At Musoap, we are artificial fragrance-, artificial colouring-, palm oil-, phthalate-, sulfate-, microbeads-, and paraben-free.
Our line is formulated with minimal ingredients and without synthetic fragrance, a common trigger for sensitive skin. However, skin sensitivity can be unpredictable. We suggest that you perform a patch test to ensure you won’t develop an allergic reaction. We recommend our gentlest soap 01/ RICE to start.

Generally, bar soaps have a recommended shelf life of up to 1 year.
However, we recommend you use your bar soap within 6 months of purchase for the best experience. Over time, the scent tends to fade. Don't worry ⁠— it's still safe and effective to use!
Store them away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity when not in use.
Always store your bar soaps on a well-drained soap dish and keep them dry between uses. Or, put them in a soap saver bag and hang them to dry.
